Refund policy

 

Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You have the flexibility to return or exchange any item that isn't eligible for a refund within 10 days from the delivery date, as long as it's in its original packaging and pristine condition. Once we've inspected the item and are content with its condition, you can expect a refund through your original payment method or the option to swap it for another product.

Please keep in mind that exchanges are only permitted for the exact same item (but in a different colour or print). If you desire an item with a different price tag from our store, you'll need to make a separate purchase or patiently wait for your refund to make a new purchase. 

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items. Additionally, please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. All shipping fees related to returning items are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

In case your product arrives damaged, kindly notify us and provide photographic evidence within 10 days of delivery by emailing us at info@artofcuration.co.za . We'll make it a priority to rectify the situation promptly.

It's important to mention that we cannot accept returns for products damaged during the return process due to inadequate packaging, regardless of the reason for return. In such cases, you may not qualify for a refund or exchange, and you may incur the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods sent back to you.

Please be aware that certain items in our store are non refundable. You'll find information about these non-refundable products on the respective product listing page.

Please note that we do not offer returns for international shipments. Additionally, if you opt to use a third-party shipping company to transport products we've delivered to you to another location in South Africa or abroad, we relinquish responsibility for any damages unless you informed us of these damages BEFORE handing over the products to your courier company within the 10-day return window.

Therefore, when utilising a third-party shipping or courier service to transport products domestically or internationally, it's crucial to inspect all products for damages upon receipt from Art of Curation before entrusting them to your third-party courier. In essence, grant your transport company permission to inspect your packages on your behalf and confirm the absence of damage before proceeding with their transportation services.
